Choose 1,3,7 or 9 (they are the same, turn the board and see)
- Move 2 and 3
(perspective of 7 in bottom left ,you choose 7)If your opponent chooses i: you do x

If your opponent (in move 2) chose 1-4 or 6-9 he will be forced to block you, if he doesn’t just complete the 3 in a row. If not do like so:

Your opponent will block one of the two 2 in a rows and you complete the other
